General Information
  • Succeeding in an attempt to put another faction’s member into death mode.​
  • Faction members creating a hostile environment that leads to player(s) being put into death mode is considered a faction attack.
  • Vandalizing property in another factions turf will not be considered an attack unless the scene was initiated with murderous intent, and leads to a player from said faction into death mode.
  • Civilians placed into death mode in an attempt to attack a faction, will not be considered an attack. (Unless a member of said faction was also placed into death mode.)
  • Fist fights leading to a member of the defending faction being placed into death mode will be considered an attack.
  • If an altercation is initiated in a neutral turf zone, the faction who initiated the altercation will be deemed the attackers.
  • Robberies in faction turfs shall be considered an interaction unless leading to death mode.
  • Unless a brutal beating ensues, fist fights and general brawl are not considered attacks.
  • Shootings where no one is placed into death mode, will be considered an interaction.

Factions V.S. Liberty City Police Department
  • Faction members are only allowed to place a Liberty City Police Department (LCPD) officer into death mode if:
  • Said faction member(s) have a valid reason to; admist pursuit.
  • Amidst an attack, the Liberty City Police Department (LCPD) arrives at the scene and the need to defend yourself has risen.
  • A Liberty City Police Department (LCPD) Officer withdraws a firearm without reasoning, placing your life in danger.​
  • Roleplay between a specific Liberty City Police Department (LCPD) Officer and said faction or faction member(s) deems it valid.​


Cooldown Guidelines
  • The cooldown for attacks is 24 hours unless both factions reach mutual terms for a Long-Term War.
  • Members who partake in an attack are to wait 24 hours before attacking once more.
  • Faction attacks require a minimum of 2 physical negative interactions before ensuing.
  • Players who have PK’d to an attack must forget the 15 minutes leading to them being placed into death mode. If in a Short-Term War you will be removed from the roster and must not attack said faction.

Misc. Factions
  • The maximum people allowed to partake on an attack is 4 people.​
  • The maximum people allowed to shoot on a drive-by attack is 3 people.​
  • The maximum people allowed to shoot on a an attack is 4 people.​
  • Events promoted on social media or via discord will be considered a greenzone, attacking, provoking and seeking an interaction is prohibited. Although, at the end of the event, interactions and attacks are fine.
  • Reporting an incident that is over 2 days prior is prohibited.
  • Plagiarism on faction threads will lead to the faction being closed.
  • Every character is required to develop, and create valid reasoning before partaking in an attack.
